We're retained by a $45M Series A ($200M valuation) AI Security startup experiencing huge growth.Grown from $500k to $10M ARR in the last 9 months and targeting $20M ARR EOY.Founded by two Computer Science professors, one sits on the OpenAI board.Looking for a VP of Growth Marketing to build the engine from scratch.Ideal Profile - Someone who:

• Joined a Series A/B startup as a first or second marketing hire and built the growth marketing engine
• Has demonstrably built pipeline at speed — e.g. taken pipeline from $XM to $XXM in 6 months
• Is self-directed, opinionated, and can operate without heavy management
• Has a path to eventual team leadership (CMO role)
