Founded by an experienced team with a deep conviction to solve the most critical security challenges of the agentic AI era, we are building a platform to secure enterprise agentic AI. As a founding team member, you will do more than build a product; you will help establish a culture of innovation, precision, and trust. The Role We are looking for our first UI/UX engineering hire to build a product and a company from the ground up. You will own the entire front-end experience, from initial concept to live code. You are a product-minded builder who bridges the gap between user experience and engineering, possessing a strong point of view on how to create clarity in complex systems. We are moving beyond traditional B2B SaaS interfaces; your challenge will be designing supervisory interfaces where humans govern autonomous agents. What You'll Do Build the Agent Command Center: Move beyond the "chat on the side" model. Design "air traffic control" and fleet management dashboards for monitoring thousands of autonomous agents operating simultaneously. Design for Dual Personas: Build tailored experiences for our two primary users: Security Engineers: Interfaces for writing AI policies, loading threat intelligence, running security simulations, and conducting forensic investigations into policy violations. AI Engineers: Workflows mapped to the Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC), including pre-deployment reliability simulations, prompt/architecture optimization, and token utilization monitoring. Engineer Deep Data Visualizations: Create complex, interactive data visualizations (e.g., execution traces, Sankey diagrams, trajectory logs, and flame graphs). You will enable a "trust but verify" workflow, allowing users to drill down from high-level fleet pulses into step-by-step synthetic or production trajectories. Tame the "Messy Middle": Design auto-formalization canvases that cleanly translate a user's natural language documents into formal, machine-readable policy logic. Build Frictionless Onboarding: Design self-serve pathways that allow users to easily log in, launch a Proof of Concept (POC), and seamlessly transition into full design partners with minimal engineering intervention. Who You Are You are a senior individual contributor who thrives in the ambiguity and velocity of an early-stage startup. You know how to balance the immediate, high-touch demands of enterprise design partners with the long-term need for scalable infrastructure. You draw design inspiration not just from enterprise software, but from logistics, dispatch tools, and complex gaming UIs (like RTS and space simulators) to solve novel "human-on-the-loop" interaction problems. Qualifications Experienced: Demonstrated excellence at a Principal or Staff level in UI/UX design and front-end engineering. Technologist: Expert in our front-end stack: SvelteKit, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Your portfolio should showcase complex, data-rich applications and interactive visualizations using libraries like D3.js (especially for Sankey diagrams), @xyflow/svelte, or LayerChart. Experience with modern API protocols like ConnectRPC or gRPC is a significant advantage. Domain Expert: Deep experience in a cybersecurity company is required. Experience in an AI security or AI infrastructure company is a massive advantage. Startup Veteran: Proven success in an early-stage environment; you understand the constraints, know what it takes to find product-market fit.
